Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Provenance Gate paid plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked, no qualifiers.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. Paddle's own Refund Policy applies to the processing of your request.

After a refund, your organization's plan returns to the free tier: your public census page stays online, and the "verified" mark on your badge is removed. Your published values and change log are not deleted.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation and refund are separate — canceling does not by itself trigger a refund.
